Reading Food labels can be a challenge. Join us to learn how to decipher the good ingredients from the bad in this program presented by Virginia Lopez, family and consumer science agent of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center. A fun taste-testing activity will also be part of this program. (Those wishing to participate in the taste testing will be asked to fill out a food waiver form.) Don’t miss this chance to learn about healthier options while savoring delicious flavors. Registration is required. Please register by Friday, March 28 at 5 p.m.
