Healthy Hearts Talk

February is American Hearth Month! Join us at Carver School Road Branch Library on February 12 at 11 a.m. to learn about how to prevent and manage heart disease, high blood pressure, and related chronic conditions. A short presentation will be followed by an opportunity to get your blood pressure taken and talk with an Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Mobile Clinic Community Health Worker.
