February is American Hearth Month! Join us at Carver School Road Branch Library to learn about how to prevent and manage heart disease, high blood pressure, and related chronic conditions. A short presentation will be followed by an opportunity to get your blood pressure taken and talk with an Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Mobile Clinic Community Health Worker.
