Event Details

Do you like your fiction short and sweet? Brief, but intriguing? Succinct, yet mysterious? Then you should join the Short Story Society! We meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at Wise Man Brewing to discuss new and classic short stories. Ages 21 and up are welcome.

At our meeting on Tuesday, November 5, to celebrate Native American Heritage Month, we're going to talk about "Kushtuka" by Mathilda Zeller, an up-and-coming horror author of Inuit descent. It can be found in the collection Never Whistle at Night: An Indigenous Dark Fiction Anthology, edited by Shane Hawk and Theodore C. Van Alst Jr.

Email Michael at ackermml@forsyth.cc for more information and to reserve a copy of the story.
