Join your mind and body in this beginner-level yoga class led by Registered Yoga Teacher Jane Holtje.  All equipment is provided. All you need are comfortable clothes (that allow movement), maybe a water, and let's get started. Space is limited to 10 students so be sure to call or visit the Southside Branch Library to sign up today!
