Join Librarian Jason for a 30 minute toddler storytime every Wednesday, 10am, at the Central Library. This celebration of early literacy skills features picture books, songs, rhymes and one bilingual English/Spanish book every week. 

Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise, a method of moving meditation and a means of cultivating health and well-being. Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities so it's never too late to start. 

Preschoolers will develop language and pre-reading skills through stories and songs to help facilitate their growth into successful readers.

Recommended for children ages 3-6.

While building gross and fine motor skills, coordination and phonological awareness through rhyming, participants will engage in songs, movement activities and stories that promote the skills needed for reading and writing.

Join us Wednesday afternoons for our Summer STEM Series! Each week we will explore a different element of science, technology, engineering, and math through play and experimentation. Ages 5-8.

Boost your creativity and focus by learning the art of paper folding to create various shapes and figures. We’ll also have books and materials available to you to help you continue the fun at home. Recommended for children ages 6-11.

Explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math at our monthly STEAM programs. 

Recommended for children 8-12.
