Through stories and interactive play, toddlers will build language skills, discover new words, while exploring letters and sounds. Learn with music, picture books, rhymes and even explore other languages.

Your little ones will explore board books, finger plays and lap-bounce activities to encourage language development, brain stimulation, and socialization.

Preschoolers will develop language and pre-reading skills through stories and songs to help facilitate their growth into successful readers.

Recommended for 3-5-year-olds and their caregivers. 

Join us at the Rural Hall/Stanleyville Branch for a Sensory Storytime tailored for children with autism, ADHD, or other sensory processing challenges.

Join your mind and body in this beginner-level yoga class led by Registered Yoga Teacher Jane Holtje.  All equipment is provided. All you need are comfortable clothes (that allow movement), maybe a water, and let's get started.

Music & Movement is a program that engages children (as well as seniors) in very light physical activity. This program also encourages skills for school readiness such as, social-emotional, motor, language and over all literacy.

July is Edgy Veggie Carrot Dog Month. Chef Davis will demonstrate how to transform a plain carrot into the star of your cookout. Recommended for ages 6 to 11, but all ages are welcome. Registration is required.

Tuesday at Two Book Club meets every first Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m. The books are selected by the members and are a mixture of fiction (all genre) and non-fiction. This is a perfect group to join to socialize and discuss books.

Create holiday ornaments and other decorations for the holidays using old books, magazines, and newspapers. All supplies are provided, and registration is not required.

All are welcome to attend the nonprofit organization’s programs of genealogical and historical interest.

This long-standing book club covers a wide range of genres with each participant selecting a title for their assigned month.

Join us monthly for STEAM programs. This month we'll make tie dyed library tote bags. Recommended for children ages 8-11. Registration is required.

Join other men in supportive discussions regarding topics such as health, community, and fatherhood.  These meetings are hosted in cooperation with the Forsyth County Department of Public Health.  

Level Up: Adult Gamer Society is an 18+ program where you can bring your games, your friends, or just yourself, and play an array of games including a Nintendo Switch, tabletop games, card games, board games, and more.
