Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise, a method of moving meditation and a means of cultivating health and well-being. Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities so it's never too late to start.
Children will engage in songs, rhymes, movement activities and stories while building gross-and fine-motor skills, coordination, and phonological awareness. For ages 3-5.
