Join your mind and body in this beginner-level yoga class led by Registered Yoga Teacher Jane Holtje. All equipment is provided. All you need are comfortable clothes (that allow movement), maybe a water, and let's get started.

In this class you'll learn the basics of using your sewing machine. You'll learn how to thread your machine and bobbin, use the different features of your machine, and feel comfortable continuing to sew at home.
Children and their caregivers will enjoy songs, activities, and stories that reinforce early reading skills.
Recommended for children ages 2-5 and their caregivers.
Preschoolers will develop language and pre-reading skills through stories, songs, and activities to help facilitate their growth into successful readers.
