Join your mind and body in this beginner-level yoga class led by Registered Yoga Teacher Jane Holtje.  All equipment is provided. All you need are comfortable clothes (that allow movement), maybe a water, and let's get started. 

Get in the holiday spirit by celebrating all things Grinchy at Grinch Day! We'll read How the Grinch Stole Christmas, sing Grinchy songs, play Grinchy games, and do Grinchy crafts. 

Children will grow into successful readers through stories, songs, and activities.  

Recommended for children ages 3-5 and their caregivers.

Kids will have fun learning about healthy eating, smart food choices, and nutrition through hands-on activities, games, and delicious food demos. This program is a great way to build healthy habits.
