Join us for an adult book club where members can read books by African American authors. Attendees can participate in-person or virtually.

Do you love reading a good murder mystery? This book club will read a selection from the genre each month.

We select our books a few months at a time, so watch this space for updates.

Learn the calming practice of Tai Chi at the Lewisville Branch Library. This form of low-impact exercise and deep breathing is known to reduce stress and improve balance, strength, and flexibility. 

Join us at the Rural Hall/Stanleyville Branch Library for Fourth Friday Family Films. Enjoy a G- or PG-rated film with the family. Snacks will be provided.

Use your STEM skills while discovering more about our planet and how to protect it through a program from the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center.  

Children will enjoy stories, songs, and movement activities that promote a love for books and reading with family and friends.

The Alliance Book Club is dedicated to reading and discussing diverse books by and/or about members of the LGBTQ+ community. Meetings are held at the NorthStar LGBTQ+ Community Center.

The Voices of Change book club is a supportive and community oriented literary space that brings together readers that want to hear stories told by individuals who have been underrepresented but still deserve the chance to be told.

Are you interested in genealogy? Whether you've been doing it for 30 years or are a beginner, come and meet like-minded people who want to talk shop. Have questions? Bring them and we'll try and answer them!
