Whether you are a seasoned crafter or just want to learn, consider joining Triad Sip & Stitch, our library’s weekly knit and crochet group.  This group meets every Monday in the library’s Makerspace from 9:30 a.m.

Color & Coffee is a morning to relax, color, be with others and enjoy a cup of coffee on the house. Coloring sheets, colored pencils and coffee will be available for participants.

Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) aims to help families learn more how to plan/prepare well balanced, nutritious meals all on a feasible budget.

While building gross and fine motor skills, coordination and phonological awareness through rhyming, participants will engage in songs, movement activities and stories that promote the skills needed for reading and writing.

Preschoolers will develop language and pre-reading skills through stories and songs to help facilitate their growth into successful readers.

Recommended for children ages 2-6.

Create a simple craft with us based on the Storytime theme of the week.  Recommended for ages 3-5 and their caregivers.

Grade schoolers, tweens, teens, and adults are invited to drop in and play video games and use the MetaQuest headsets at the Clemmons Branch library on select Saturdays from 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Saturday Crafterday: Stop by the library anytime from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. to use craft supplies to make whatever you want. Different supplies will be out each Saturday so you can always be creative and make something new.

The Voices of Change book club is a supportive and community oriented literary space that brings together readers that want to hear stories told by individuals who have been underrepresented but still deserve the chance to be told.

Join us at the Walkertown Branch Library for our exciting "Saturday Cinema" program! Every 4th Saturday of the month, we'll be showcasing a variety of films for your viewing pleasure.

This group welcomes all needlework artists at any skill level to chat and work on individual needlework projects and peruse needlework books from the library’s collection.

On Tuesday, Apr. 22 the Clemmons Branch Library will host the American Red Cross Bus for a blood drive from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Would you like to learn how to paint flowers, birds, and other denizens of nature? Local artist Donna Calloway will be offering beginners acrylic painting classes on the 3rd Saturday and 4th Thursday of each month from 2-4:30 p.m.

Come join us as we celebrate and play the age old game of chess. Open to experienced and beginner players alike.

Learn about nutrition and basic cooking skills from community nutritionist, Kerry Leonard. Participants will get to help prepare and eat a snack based on the lesson of the day.    

Join us at the Rural Hall/Stanleyville Branch Library for Fourth Friday Family Films. Enjoy a G or PG rated film with the family. Snacks will be provided!

Ages 7-12, every third Monday at 4 p.m. This club will help children develop the 21st century learning skills they need with a special focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Grow your skillz with our Jewelry Making for Beginners for Tweens! Learn how to make your own jewelry from supplies provided. Registration is required. This program is intended for tweens ages 8-12.

Attention chess players of all ages: You are invited to play chess at Clemmons Branch Library every 4th Tuesday of the month from 4-5:30 p.m. Learn new strategies and meet new friends!

Children aged 4 through tweens are invited to do fun (and MESSY!) STEAM activities at Clemmons Branch Library on the fourth Wednesdays of the month from 4-5:30 p.m.

Join us monthly as we build, create, and explore with LEGOs at the Reynolda Manor Branch Library. We will create with LEGOs based on a pre-determined theme and then show off our awesome creations to all our friends.

Friends Book Club meets every fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. The group reads a mixture of fiction (all genres) and non-fiction, and the books are selected by the group.

Join us for an information filled evening with Rhett Kyle with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension as we learn about financial literacy. This program is designed for those ages 13-18. 

Bring a friend, family member, or just yourself to play board games. Light snacks will be provided. Signed food waiver required. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult or older sibling. All ages are welcome.
