Through stories and interactive play, toddlers will build language skills and discover new words while exploring letters and sounds. They'll learn with music, picture books, rhymes, and even explore other languages. 

Whether you are a seasoned crafter or just want to learn, consider joining Triad Sip & Stitch, our library’s weekly knit and crochet group.  This group meets every Monday in the library’s Makerspace from 9:30 a.m.

Clemmons Cookbook Club members choose a recipe from a preselected book, make the recipe, and bring it in for tasting. Everyone is welcome, but you must bring a dish to share.

Your little ones will explore board books, finger plays and lap-bounce activities to encourage language development, brain stimulation, and socialization.

Chair yoga boosts strength, flexibility, and mental well-being from the comfort and stability of a chair. This class is led by Registered Yoga Instructor Jane Holtje. All equipment is provided.

Join Librarian Jason for a 30 minute toddler storytime every Wednesday, 10am, at the Central Library. This celebration of early literacy skills features picture books, songs, rhymes and one bilingual English/Spanish book every week. 

Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise, a method of moving meditation and a means of cultivating health and well-being. Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities so it's never too late to start. 

Our monthly Witchy Washy and Whatnot Crafting group is a great way to meet other crafters and learn to make all sorts of fun projects, many of which include the use of washi tape!

Color & Coffee is a morning to relax, color, be with others and enjoy a cup of coffee on the house. Coloring sheets, colored pencils and coffee will be available for participants.

Do you love cooking and learning about new seasonings, flavors, and herbs? Each month we share a new spice sample, along with some history and suggested recipes.

Create a simple craft with us based on the Storytime theme of the week.  Recommended for ages 3-5 and their caregivers.

The Voices of Change book club is a supportive and community oriented literary space that brings together readers that want to hear stories told by individuals who have been underrepresented but still deserve the chance to be told.

Would you like to learn how to paint flowers, birds, and other denizens of nature? Local artist Donna Calloway will be offering beginners acrylic painting classes on the 3rd Saturday and 4th Thursday of each month from 2-4:30 p.m.

Come join us as we celebrate and play the age old game of chess. Open to experienced and beginner players alike.

Learn about nutrition and basic cooking skills from community nutritionist, Kerry Leonard. Participants will get to help prepare and eat a snack based on the lesson of the day.    

Unwind from the school week with a screening of a G or PG movie. 

Ages 7-12, every third Monday at 4 p.m. This club will help children develop the 21st century learning skills they need with a special focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Grow your skillz with our Woodworking for Beginners for Tweens! Learn how wood projects are created and assemble your own wooden car with supplies provided. This program is intended for tweens ages 8-12.

Do you love to build? Join the Builders Club at Lewisville Library! Builders will hear a great story and then build a project related to the story with LEGOs, K'NEX, or the many other building supplies that we have!

Interested in playing video games with friends, but don't know where to start? Join us for tween video gaming at the Central Library every other week on Tuesday evenings. What video games would you like to see? Let us know!

Tweens and Teens: are you interested in improving your cooking skills? Are you HUNGRY???

Create spring flower themed masterpiece. With instruction by Paint, Palette, Pizzazz, you will paint your own piece of art. On Tuesday, May 20 from 5:30-7 p.m. in the Central Library Makerspace. This is an 18+ program. Spots are limited.

Join us for an information filled evening with Rhett Kyle with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension as we learn about financial literacy. This program is designed for those ages 13-18. 

Bring a friend, family member, or just yourself to play board games. Light snacks will be provided. Signed food waiver required. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult or older sibling. All ages are welcome.
