Eat Smart, Live Strong is a fun, engaging nutrition education program designed for older adults (age 60 and above) who are low-income and eligible for SNAP benefits.

LIFT is an evidence-based physical activity and nutrition program for older adults (ages 65+), designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and social connection.

Join your mind and body in this beginner-level yoga class led by Registered Yoga Teacher Jane Holtje.  All equipment is provided. All you need are comfortable clothes (that allow movement), maybe a water, and let's get started.

The Library’s Creative Space at Clemmons Branch Library has a 3D printer as well as space and worktables for large creative projects. Access to Creative Space equipment is first come, first served.

In this class you'll learn the basics of using your sewing machine. You'll learn how to thread your machine and bobbin, use the different features of your machine, and feel comfortable continuing to sew at home. Registration is required.

The horrifyingly thrilled book club is a space to talk about horror, mysteries, and thrillers! Each month we pick a suspenseful book within these genres and discuss all the eerily shocking things about it.

This is an eclectic book club hosted by the Southside Branch Library. Expect dynamic conversations and excellent snacks. We have book choices that incorporate the tastes of the whole group.

Come hear the exciting life episodes of America's pioneer hero Daniel Boone from Randell Jones, a speaker and local award-winning author who has written extensively on Boone, the pioneer era, and the American Revolution. 

The Book Lovers' Book Club reads a variety of titles, including some nonfiction. Titles are selected six months to a year in advance, and book club members take turns facilitating.
