“Eat Smart, Live Strong” is a fun, engaging nutrition education program designed for older adults (age 60 and above) who are low-income and eligible for SNAP benefits.

Unwind with a relaxing morning of coloring, coffee, and community. Coloring supplies and coffee will be provided. 

LIFT is an evidence-based physical activity and nutrition program for older adults (ages 65+), designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and social connection.

Chair yoga boosts strength, flexibility, and mental well-being from the comfort and stability of a chair. This class is led by Registered Yoga Instructor Jane Holtje. All equipment is provided.
