Learn the calming practice of Tai Chi at the Lewisville Branch Library. This form of low-impact exercise and deep breathing is known to reduce stress and improve balance, strength, and flexibility.
An exercise waiver is required, and attendees younger than 18 must have a parental/guardian's signature. Download the waiver and bring it to class or fill out a paper form at the class.
Registration opens two weeks before each class and is required. Register below or call the branch.
