Forsyth County Department of Social Services Drop-Ins

Forsyth County Department of Social Services (DSS) staff members will be on site one day per week to answer residents’ questions, provide information, and help people apply for DSS services including energy programs, food and nutrition assistance, and Medicaid.

DSS will also provide on-site assistance and case follow-up for Forsyth County residents with active DSS cases. 

No appointment necessary.

• Paddison Memorial Branch Library: Tuesdays (beginning Dec. 2) 
  from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Walkertown Branch Library: Tuesdays (beginning Dec. 2) 
  from 11a.m.-7 p.m.
• Clemmons Branch Library: Thursdays (beginning Dec. 4) 
  from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
• Lewisville Branch Library: Fridays (beginning Dec. 5) 
  from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
