This is the perfect time of year to prepare salsa as fresh, local produce is widely available—whether from your home garden, a farmer’s market, or the grocery store. Join us as Virginia Lopez, Family & Consumer Sciences agent from the North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center, will teach you how. After the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by making salsa and then sampling it. Signed food waiver required. Registration required.
