Small Business Solutions: How to Write a Business Plan

A business plan is a fundamental part of starting a business.  Not only is a business plan important to starting a business for possible lending but it can serve many purposes, such as getting partners on the same page, setting up milestones for the business to start and grow, and change when the business must change.  We will be working with a lean template outline so that participants can learn what information is needed to think through a business plan.
