Kids ages 5-11 are invited to kick off their Saturday with Yoga 4 Kids. Led by Registered Yoga Teacher Angie Williard, this 45-minute session will help guide our breathing and movements, while focusing on mindfulness. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and to bring a water bottle.
Registration is required as space is limited.
