Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise, a method of moving meditation and a means of cultivating health and well-being. Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities so it's never too late to start. 

Those who care for persons living with dementia may experience high levels of stress, anxiety and other difficult emotions.

Preschoolers will develop language and pre-reading skills through stories and songs to help facilitate their growth into successful readers.
