Would you like to learn how to paint flowers, birds, and other denizens of nature? Local artist Donna Calloway teaches acrylic painting classes on the 3rd Thursday and 3rd Saturday of each month from 2-4:30 p.m.

Get your shimmy on! Learn the basic moves of this beautiful dance form in this free monthly class as we bring people of all ages together to promote health, happiness, and community. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. 

LIFT is an evidence-based physical activity and nutrition program for older adults (ages 65+) that is designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and social connection.

Join us at Central Library for Sittercise, an exercise program that helps with strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, and overall improved function.
