LIFT is an evidence-based physical activity and nutrition program for older adults (ages 65+), designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and social connection.

Join your mind and body in this beginner-level yoga class led by Registered Yoga Teacher Jane Holtje.  All equipment is provided. All you need are comfortable clothes (that allow movement), maybe a water, and let's get started.
