Chess is a game that brings different generations together. Come play the age-old game of chess, take a look at the library’s collection of chess boards, and maybe check out a book to improve your skills. 

Make new friends and do fun (and messy!) experiments while learning science, technology, engineering, art, and math concepts. 

March's Creek Week experiment is creek and ocean slime.

Children are invited to our monthly LEGO club to build, create, and explore with LEGOs. We will build based on a pre-determined theme and then show off our awesome creations to all our friends. 

Use your STEM skills while discovering more about our planet and how to protect it through a program from the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center.  

Snap to it during Forsyth Creek Week and join us at the library for a fun and funky craft where kids can create their own Venus flytraps! Learn cool facts about this bug-catching plant and leave with a chompy creation of your own.
