This program was originally scheduled for Feb. 3 but has been moved to Feb. 17 due to the snow storm.

Explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math at our monthly STEAM programs. Recommended for children ages 8-12.

For Black History Month, attendees will learn about Mae Jemison, the first African American woman to travel in space, by reading Dancing through Space: Dr. Mae Jemison Soars to New Heights by Lydia Lukidis. Then we will build stomp rockets and watch them launch.
