The Library's Makerspace at Forsyth County Central Library has 3D printers, sewing machines, and other technology as well as space and worktables for large creative projects. Access to Makerspace equipment is first come, first served.

Science Saturday at Southside is a fun, hands-on way for children and tweens to explore exciting STEM concepts through experiments and activities.

The arts meet the sciences in hands-on fun at the Tween STEAM Lab! Join us each week for exciting experiments, technology exploration, building challenges, and beautiful art projects.

Ottobots is a two hour long program where we teach kids about robotics, and then they do hands on activities to build and decorate a FIRST Tech Challenge Robot. Near the end of the session, they can drive around the bot they built!
