We are kicking off Spring Break week with a special edition of Lit in the Library! Join us for an afternoon of books, crafts, and activities! Our book series is Narwhal and Jelly by Ben Clanton. 

Join us monthly for STEAM programs for ages 12-18. This month we'll code and program Ozobots. Registration is required.

Join us as Bob LePere, NC State Master Gardener volunteer, explains best practices for managing a successful garden from start to finish.  Bob will discuss everything from planning your garden for each season and planting from seed to maintaining

Our Spring Break week continues with a fun craft project! Join us at Central Library's Superhero Design Academy where you will be able to design your very own alter-ego!

Join us in the Central Library Makerspace every Tuesday evening for a crafty extravaganza! Every other week will have a featured craft, with freeform crafting during the weeks between.

Are you between the age of 9 and 18? Are you interested in sustainability and wellness? If so, then these workshops are for you! Join us for a limited-time series of Herbs & Healing: Wellness Workshops during the Spring.

Explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math at our monthly STEAM programs. 

In March, we will explore force and motion while building basketball catapults and goals!

The Library's Makerspace at Forsyth County Central Library has 3D printers, sewing machines, and other technology as well as space and worktables for large creative projects. Access to Makerspace equipment is first come, first served. 

Continue having fun during Spring Break week with a tween program designed to get the creative juices flowing! Turn trash into treasure to create various fashion trends in our Tween Trashion Show! Will your design be out, or in?

Drop in to play Xbox and Meta Quest video games. Ride a virtual rollercoaster with Santa! Experience your Roblox games on the VR headset! Play Fortnite on the Xbox! Stop in for a Mario Kart battle with your friends!

Build a LEGO project on a given theme and meet fellow LEGO enthusiasts. 

Recommended for children ages 6-11. 

Join us at Family STEAM Time to make learning fun! From robotics and coding to arts and crafts, we have exciting hands-on activities for curious minds every week.

The arts meet the sciences in hands-on fun at the Tween STEAM Lab! Join us each week for exciting experiments, technology exploration, building challenges, and beautiful art projects.
