Join your mind and body in this beginner-level yoga class led by Registered Yoga Teacher Jane Holtje.  All equipment is provided. All you need are comfortable clothes (that allow movement), maybe a water, and let's get started.

Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise, a method of moving meditation and a means of cultivating health and well-being. Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities, so it's never too late to start. 

Adults are invited to unwind with a relaxing morning of coloring, coffee, and community. Coloring supplies, coffee, and cocoa will be provided.

The Book Lovers' Book Club reads a variety of titles, including some nonfiction. Book Club members take turns facilitating.
