Rhett Kyle, Forsyth County Extension Office’s financial literacy agent will be teaching a monthly series on personal financial management.  

In this session, participants will learn effective techniques for setting aside money regularly, understanding the importance of an emergency fund, short-term vs. long term saving, and tracking progress. The program emphasizes the impact of short-term sacrifices for long-term gains, teaching participants how to prioritize savings goals and track their progress. We also explore barriers to saving and provide actionable tips for overcoming them so that participants can build a robust savings plan that supports their future financial security and goals.
