Personal Finance: Making Housing Decisions

Rhett Kyle, Forsyth County Extension Office’s financial literacy agent will be teaching a monthly series on personal financial management.  This session will help individuals understand their housing options and make informed decisions about homeownership and renting. We will cover key topics such as budgeting for housing costs, understanding mortgages, and evaluating whether buying or renting is the best choice. The program also provides information on how to maintain a home and manage related expenses effectively.
