Do you love cooking and learning about new seasonings, flavors, and herbs? Each month we share a new spice sample, along with some history and suggested recipes. This month we'll feature thyme, which will be ready for pickup from the circulation desk on Tuesday, Nov. 4. Then make a dish with the spice of the month and bring it to share with other foodies on Wednesday, Nov. 19 from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
