Program Description

Event Details

Carver School Road Branch Library is partnering with the local non-profit Hope to Thrive to teach children about gardening and help strengthen their reading skills.

We'll get our hands dirty as we plant seeds and watch them go from sprout to plant to fruits and veggies over the course of the series. We will also reflect and expand on what we learned by reading library materials about nature.

We'll meet on the patio in good weather and move into the conference room as needed in case of rain.

This program is recommended for children ages 6-10.
