STEAM: Makey Makey

Are you between the ages of 9 and 18? Yes?! Well perfect! This program is for you. Join us monthly as we create and explore using STEAM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. We will have a variety of topics throughout the fall and all programs will require registration. Registration will open by Oct. 17, and you can register on the N.C. Cooperative Extension's Eventbrite website. 

Makey Makey - In this hands-on lesson youth will use a Makey Makey board to invent new ways to use everyday objects as computer keys. This kit can be used to create game controllers, musical instruments, and other inventions. Youth will explore what they can create with a Makey Makey board and will demonstrate their creations to the group.
