Whether you are a seasoned crafter or just want to learn, consider joining Triad Sip & Stitch, our library’s weekly knit and crochet group.  

This Valentine's Day, skip the store-bought bouquets and create something truly special!

Give your mind a rest and join us for a fun morning of coloring, coffee and community. You may meet some new friends along the way!  

All supplies are provided. 

In this class you'll learn the basics of using your sewing machine. You'll learn how to thread your machine and bobbin, use the different features of your machine, and feel comfortable continuing to sew at home.

Unlock the potential of your smartphone camera with guidance from accomplished photographer Owen Daniels. In this hands-on class, learn techniques to elevate your mobile photography from simple snapshots to compelling visual stories. 

Color & Coffee is a morning to relax, color, be with others and enjoy a cup of coffee on the house. Coloring sheets, colored pencils and coffee will be available for participants. 

Want to preserve your personal histories by digitizing photographs, documents, and other heirlooms? Want to help the North Carolina Collection grow its local history collections? Come to the Forsyth County Central Library’s Community Scan Day!

Celebrate Black History Month by painting a Jean-Michel Basquiat inspired self-portrait. 

Most suitable for ages 6-12.

Join us every Monday from 1-3 PM at the Walkertown Branch Library for our weekly Crochet and Knitting Class! Whether you've always wanted to learn these timeless crafts or are looking to refresh your skills, this class is perfect for you.

This group welcomes all needlework artists at any skill level to chat and work on individual needlework projects and peruse needlework books from the library’s collection.

Would you like to learn how to paint flowers, birds, and other denizens of nature? Local artist Donna Calloway will be offering beginners acrylic painting classes on the 3rd Saturday and 4th Thursday of each month from 2-4:30 p.m.

Grow your skillz with our Knitting for Beginners for Tweens! Learn how to create beautiful knitted creations for you and your loved ones. All supplies provided. This program is intended for children ages 8-12.
