Whether you are a seasoned crafter or just want to learn, consider joining Triad Sip & Stitch, our library’s weekly knitting and crochet group.

Our monthly Witchy Washy and Whatnot Crafting group is a great way to meet other crafters and learn to make all sorts of fun projects, many of which include the use of washi tape! 

In this fun and creative sewing class, you’ll learn how to make brand-new projects while also giving old clothing a second life.

Whether you’re brand new to crochet or already have some experience, this class is for you! Crochet for Everyone is a welcoming space to learn, share, and enjoy fellowship with others who love to create.

Create a simple craft with us based on the Storytime theme of the week.  Recommended for ages 3-6 and their caregivers.

Join us every Monday from 1-3 PM at the Walkertown Branch Library for our weekly Crochet and Knitting Class! Whether you've always wanted to learn these timeless crafts or are looking to refresh your skills, this class is perfect for you.

Would you like to learn how to paint flowers, birds, and other denizens of nature? Local artist Donna Calloway teaches acrylic painting classes on the third Saturday and fourth Thursday of each month from 2-4:30 p.m.

Children are invited to Kids’ Art Hour to create different art project each month.  

In November we’ll make fall leaf luminaries. 

Recommended for children ages 6-12. All materials provided. 

Join fellow teen writers and published teen author Bianca Jones to share feedback, learn about the publishing process and more. Ages 12 to 18. 

Play battle games, meet up with other fans, trade cards, and more at the Pokémon Club.

The Library's Makerspace at Forsyth County Central Library has 3D printers, sewing machines, and other technology as well as space and worktables for large creative projects. Access to Makerspace equipment is first come, first served. 

Brighten your window and celebrate the season by making your own apple or pumpkin suncatcher picture frames. All materials provided. 

Program recommended for children ages 3-11.

The Classic Gold Music Jam provides a welcoming venue for musicians at all levels to enjoy fellowship and music. Bring an instrument to play or grab a chair and watch.
