LIFT is an evidence-based physical activity and nutrition program for older adults (ages 65+), designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and social connection.

Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise, a method of moving meditation and a means of cultivating health and well-being. Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities, so it's never too late to start. 

Our monthly Witchy Washy and Whatnot Crafting group is a great way to meet other crafters and learn to make all sorts of fun projects, many of which include the use of washi tape!

Stuffed animals who spent the night in the library on Sept. 17 will be ready to pick up at our special Sleepover Storytime.

This beginner-friendly camp is designed for individuals with little or no experience using computers. Over two days, you will learn fundamental computer skills, including how to use a mouse, navigate and browse the Internet.

Create a simple craft with us based on the Storytime theme of the week.  Recommended for ages 3-6 and their caregivers.

Clemmons Cookbook Club members choose a recipe from a preselected book, make the recipe, and bring it in for tasting. Everyone is welcome, but you must bring a dish to share.
