Tween STEAM Lab

The arts meet the sciences in hands-on fun at the Tween STEAM Lab! Join us each week for exciting experiments, technology exploration, building challenges, and beautiful art projects.

From April to early May, families in Japan fly giant carp windsocks called koinobori to celebrate Children’s Day on May 5th. Together, we’ll learn about these different traditions while we design and create our own paper koinobori to fly at home.

Program recommended for children ages 9-12.
